Jo was really neat and gentle. She was patient as I am claustrophobic and she helped me through every step and made me feel at ease. Whilst it took a little longer I was calm and the lashes look real they are light and very well done. She is amazing she made me want to do this all the time now.

My experience was amazing. Very warm and friendly. I am not really a lash person and wasn't quite sure what would fit me but she worked her magic and I loved it🥰 best of all there was no burning. Would highly recommend💯
